Vinyasa Yoga Clinique
a 2 h dynamic vinyasa flow workshop. We combine Ashtanga, hatha and yin asanas with breath, meditating, listening to your body and feeling the energy. This type of class makes you strong, focused and flexible, and relaxes your senses and your mind.
Type of Event
We start with a short moving warm up which is followed by simple sun salutations. The variations to sun salute include breath, challenging the cardiovascular system simultaneously. Yin poses are as if rests in between. In the end of the class, the savasana relaxation and meditation concludes the session that unites your mind, body, and soul, to a beautiful and spiritual frequency.
