Vinyasa Yoga for beginners - 6 weeks course
This course is for anyone who would like to try yoga for the first time or simply explore the basics of the yoga practice.

This is a great introduction to yoga for new students. In this course we will take an in-depth look at some fundamental yoga poses (asanas) and will be introduced to pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
This course will also help you develop the physical fitness and you will learn useful hints and tips to take on to any other physical activity.
I will lead you through this course, in an individualised way to deepen your awareness of the connection of the body and mind, to recognize how you can support your goals in life through the yoga practice, while developing fitness, flexibility and peace of mind.
