Vinyasa Yoga Immersion: build and advance your practice
Vinyasa Yoga Immersion is a 3 months yoga course to develop body strength and flexibility with focus on forward bends, back bends, twists, balances and inversions. Through 1.5 hour strong yoga flow, breathing techniques and detailed posture technique explanation and practice, students can build strong foundation and deepen their practice.

Vinyasa Yoga Immersion program is ideal for students with some yoga experience who would like to deepen their practice, learn techniques of alignment, building strengths and flexibility.
New to yoga students are welcome as well: practice will include yoga foundational postures, their detailed explanation and practice, followed by build up for more advanced postures.
We practice in small group of 5-10 students in a relaxed friendly and peaceful atmosphere with necessary yoga tools included. This is a great way to release stress, make friends and experience yoga together!
