8th - 15th June with Anna Davies

Anna is an incredibly inspiring teacher with tremendous energy, passion and focus in her approach. Having trained with the best teaches in the UK and US, and with over 10 years' teaching experience she works intuitively to understand each and every member of her class, working effectively with the body, mind and spirit to re-programme and restore vibrancy in their thinking, emotional and physical states. Anna has her own practice in Taunton, Somerset, frequently runs retreats in the UK and travels abroad to run retreats in the UK, Greece and Turkey.

Anna will take you on a mindful and meditative journey in this beautiful, tranquil and natural setting by the water's edge. She will begin your morning practice by guiding you through a mindful, meditative and dynamic flow session which will be suitable for all levels of ability. The evening practice will be a restorative/workshop, with mindful movement, meditation and pranayama. The daily sessions will progress according to the needs and energy levels of the group, and designed to take into account the levels of ability of each member. With such a small group individual attention is ensured.
