12th- 19th September with Molly Harragin

Molly has taught and studied in the UK, Australia, Bali, and India. She is a 800hr qualified Jivamukti yoga teacher teaching at an array of yoga studios around London including Yogahaven, The Life Centre, Stretch, and Soho Gyms.

She has run yoga retreats in Tuscany and is currently teaching on a Soul and Surf Yoga Retreat in Kerala, India.

Molly will be teaching Jivamukti yoga at Dolphin's Leap which is a vinyasa-led style sequenced to music. Jivamukti is an internationally renowned method born out of the Ashtanga tradition. Sequences change from class to class, will be tailored to suit the level of practitioners and include hands on adjustments to guide the practitioner deeper into the pose.

Morning Yoga Session will be after breakfast. 1 hour of pranayama, meditation and chanting to sweep the sleep cobwebs away frollowed by a dynamic 1.5 hour yoga class which will change thematically from day to day with the class focusing on standing postures, hip oeners, inversions etc.

Evening Yoga Practice (1.5 hours)
The evening session wil be a sunset (Chandra) practice which will be of a more restorative nature, to allow the body to unwind from the day. The lunar practice will again open with a meditation, followed by a slower asana practice, holding the poses for longer periods, to all the body to relax into stillness. The session will include a pranayama (breath) practice and will be completed with a full, guided Yoga Nidra of deep relaxation.
