Full Description

Laura Sauter teaches vinyassa yoga, is a reiki practioner, and lifestyle & wellness coach. Join her for a wonderful afternoon of inspiration, meditation, kundalini and vision boarding.

The purpose of your vision board is to bring everything on it to life: What we focus on expands. Researchers from the Cleveland clinic discovered that a muscle can be strengthened just by thinking about exercising it.

What you’ll need: We’ll have a bunch of supplies, but feel free to bring your own any color/size 12x18 or larger poster board. Your own Scissors, tape, and/or a glue-stick to put your board together.

If you wish: Your own markers, stickers, or anything else you can think of to deck out your board.
EX: embellishments like feathers make you feel great, then go for it. We’ll have lots, but bring a few of your favorite magazines that you can cut images and quotes from.

Most importantly: Photos, quotes, sayings, images of places you want to go, reminders of events, places, or people, postcards from friends and just about anything that will inspire you.

It is easy to visualize and to remember one word.
(I got this idea from Jon Gordon- link below)
When I got divorced I created Beauty. Energy and Love as guiding principals that helped me. I created a ring and a business with that in mind. (Agency Bel Design and Branding) and this yoga business. My 17 year old daughter now wears the ring, as I don't feel I need the daily everything around me is BEL (Beauty Energy Love) ...

this year's word is <<<< MAGNETIC >>>>
I want people to be magnetized to my divorce coaching programs, to my businesses with Arbonne (Laura Sauter Arbonne Independent Consultant) and to my design agency and yoga teaching practice. I want to be a loving leader who makes a difference to my clients and Arbonne team, I want to make a difference in my community and in my children's lives as I mentor them through their life's challenges ...

I invite you to join me as I focus on choosing my word for 2018.

Here’s a brief set of steps you can follow.
Start by answering these questions:
What am I no longer willing to tolerate?
What activities do I want to START doing in 2018?
What do I want to STOP doing in 2018?
What do I want to KEEP doing in 2018?
At the end of 2018, what has to have happened in order for me to call the year my BEST YEAR EVER?
