Full Description

-Free time for visiting local places of interest, relaxing, reading, journaling and Creative Workshops. Time for treatments/1:1 yoga sessions.

-8-9am Morning Yoga on the Terrace (Dynamic Vinyasa Flow/Restorative Hatha)
-9pm-10am: Shared Breakfast of local fruit, pancakes, juice, yogurt, coffee, bread
-10-12pm: Volunteering Activity
-12:30-1:30pm Opportunity to get street food in the local Market and supermarket for lunch
-2pm: Volunteering Activity
-7pm-11pm: Free time for opportunity to get street food, at restaurants and in the Markets, visiting the craft markets, relaxing, reading and journaling. Time for treatments/1:1 yoga sessions.
-Optional Evening (Yoga Nidra/Guided Mindful Meditation/Creative Workshops)

-Opportunity for Trips: After 5 days of volunteering, enjoy a change of scene, authenticity, sun, hospitality, culture and well-being. Experience a diversity of landscapes ranging from valleys with rugged terrain, canyons with harsh rocky plateaus and deserts of hot sand dunes to date palm grooves, lush oases and running rivers. As well as giving you an image of villagers' agricultural lives and the desert nomads' camel herding ways.

• Sightseeing in Marrakech ( palaces, Gardens, monuments, Jamae Lafna Square…)
