Full Description

Vinyasa uses movement and breath together to produce a “flow” of postures that lead naturally from one to the next to create a deep and soothing yoga practice that recognizes each student’s individual strengths and limitations. Though sequences may change from class to class or from teacher to teacher, a balance of strength and flexibility are cultivated in body, mind and spirit. The body is in motion much of the class. Great for the beginner student.
