Week long Ashtanga Teacher Intensive Retreat
The foundation of our teachers intensives is to understand the fundamental principles of actions, movement and alignment in Yoga practice.
Along with that we will learn seeing imbalances in posture and practice and understand how traditional Ashtanga sequencing has been set up to unfold and cure these imbalances.
Ultimately we'll study how we can help each other in the traditional Mysore Style context with smart adjustments that encourage your students to understand the intelligence and beauty of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
