Weekend Wellness Retreat- Relax Revitalise Rejuvenate
Relax, revitalise and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit on this weekend of yoga wellness. Be nourished, enlivened and nurture with the abundant sights, sounds, tastes, fragrance and rhythm of nature along with delicious healthy food and time to rest and explore.
Type of Event
Arrive any time from 4pm onwards on Friday 1st April. The retreat commences with a light dinner from 7pm and welcome circle at 8:30pm
The cost of the retreat is $430 per person (twin/double share) or $550 per person (single room). If travelling on your own and you'd like to share we will endeavour to find you a buddy but can't be guaranteed.
2 Nights accommodation at the lovingly restored, charming Circa 1920s Continental House. Enjoy comfortable bedrooms with ensuite and locally made bathroom products, sumptuous lounge room, closed in veranda, elegant dining room and beautiful garden areas to spend your free time in.
2 Breakfasts - Saturday and Sunday provided by the gracious hosts at Continental House
2 Dinners – Friday night light dinner on arrival from 7pm and Saturday night banquet prepared by our favourite and renowned vegan chef Alexis
Lunch – Saturday banquet by Alexis
6 Yoga sessions combining restorative and energetic practices (slow flow), pranayama, deep relaxation and meditation – suitable for all levels of practitioners as individuals are encouraged to practice within their capability
2 Teachers - Julia and Sandra bring variety and diversity into your practice and assist you with variations and adjustments when required
