Each day is 12-6, split up into two 2.5-hour workshops.
Twists and folds offer us balance and introspection, they require us to slow down and turn inward. Becoming aware of our head in space and how it rests on our spine requires more mindfulness than most realize. This inner-awareness will be helpful as we explore the digestive system and its role in Yoga.
