Weekend Yoga and Meditation Retreat at Brantridge Park, East Sussex
A three day Yoga and Meditation retreat, hosted by Charlotte, with one Yoga and Meditation class on Friday evening, three on Saturday and two on Sunday. Delicious vegetarian meals and a Healthy Cooking Workshop. All within the stunning grounds of Brantridge Park in West Sussex.

Feel free to arrive any time from 4pm on Friday 10th June. The first Yoga class will start at 7pm. We will finish by 3pm on Sunday 12th June.
£300 pp sharing a twin room
£425 pp Private double room with an en-suite
This will include all yoga, activities, food and accomodation
Feel free to arrive any time from 4pm, where herbal tea and healthy snacks will await you. You'll also have access to your room right away. If it's a mad rush from work, don't panic. Just get to us when you can, even if you miss yoga and get to us for dinner, that's fine.
7-8.15pm: Evening Yoga to arrive & ground.
8.30pm: 3 course vegetarian gluten & dairy-free feast.
8.30-10am: Dynamic morning Yoga
10.15am: Brunch, then free time
12.30-2pm: Walk around the grounds (approx. 3 miles)
2.30pm: Light lunch, followed by free time
4-5pm: Developing a Home Practice Workshop
6-7.30pm: Evening Restorative Yoga
7.30pm: Dinner (3 courses)
9.15-9.45pm: Bedtime Yoga Nidra (Relaxing, sleep-induing guided meditation)
8am: Optional silent walk
8.30am-10am: Dynamic Morning Yoga
10.15am: Sunday morning Fry-Up (Healthy yoga retreat style)
12.15-1.15pm: Healthy Cooking Workshop with Tatu
1.45-2.45pm: Yoga & Closing Meditation
