Type of Event
In this workshop, you will embrace 2019 by focusing on your priorities. Instead of resolutions (which have an unfortunate sense of “should” to them), we think about intentions for the new year. What would you like to invite into your life? What qualities would you like to enhance in yourself?
Through gentle and restorative yoga, combined with guided visualizations, you will listen to your heart’s true longing and come up with ways to nurture it in the new year.
