Full Description

The exterior or nature is marked by a green energy that presses and stimulates the inside of our body that must adapt to become green.
The influence of spring is realized in our body at the organic level with a precise structure: the liver. This body should be purified, regenerated through the practice of asana favoring the positions that reduce toxins and help to remove residue.

Weekend detox step 3 - It ends with a path that crosses to purify and rejuvenate body, mind and soul through ancient Tibetan practices and promote spiritual development.
Visitors may wish to fast, to gain a greater understanding of the body and mind expansion can amplify their wisdom, maturity, happiness, personal growth and spiritual fulfillment.
Or take the break of silence, eyes closed, mind focused, and the focus on the breath. A technique that allows you to find the contact with the self and in harmony with everything around us. Namastè.
