WELL-BEING WORKSHOP: Start 2020 Right
Well-being workshop to promote focus and to help you flourish. The session will be using include a full yoga class, mindfulness practice and life-coaching.

A collaborative and interactive workshop on well-being, weaving life coaching, Mindfulness and yoga. We will explore how to practice self-kindness and self-compassion in everyday situations.
You will review the last year using the wheel of life, set SMART goals, practice yoga and mindfulness. You will develop a short sustainable daily yoga routine and a short mindfulness practice which you can integrate into your life.
