A day of yoga with Julia & Smita to help promote cyclical health. The day will address:
- PMT, Period Pain, Fertility, Peri-menopause, menopause, supporting pelvic health and strong bones.
Practices include asana vinyasa, pranayama (breathing), meditation & yoga nidra - no experience of yoga required
£50 investment if booked in advance. £60 on the day.
