Embracing our Autumn and Winter Years.

This 1-day retreat is open to all women who are seeking to create positive peri and menopausal health and vital energies.

During the retreat we will feel, nurture and build the feminine energy of Shakti, through well-woman yoga postures (asana), gestures (mudras), breath (pranayama), energy locks (bandha) and heart-based meditations (yoga nidra), all gently blended to promote vital energy, and positive peri and menopausal health.

In addition, we will also look at the effect our diet has on our peri and menopausal health and enjoy delicious healing foods, prepared to enhance this time of our life.

This warm, peaceful and friendly space invites you to relax and unwind, re-connect with your Shakti, and nurture yourself towards vital energy and optimal well-being.

(Yoga is based on training with world renowned teacher, Well-Woman & Womb Yoga founder, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli).

Food: Delicious wholesome vegetarian food for lunch plus snacks, juices, tea, coffee and herbal teas. Fresh produce sourced, locally and organically (where possible) from Pretty Local. If you have any dietary requirements please let me know at the time of booking, so that I can do my best to accommodate your needs.

Transport & Parking:

By rail: Totnes railway station, with links to London Paddington, is approximately 40 minutes away by taxi.

By bus: Kingsbridge bus station is approx 20 minutes walk away. See Tally Ho Coach & Bus for timetable information.

Car/taxi share: Please let me know if you wish to arrange a car/ taxi share.

By car: There are plenty of free parking spaces outside The Hen House in the courtyard.
