What the heck is Psoas?
Your Psoas muscle is in action most of the time! From walking, running, doing yoga to lounging on your couch. The Psoas is the only muscle connecting your torso to your legs. Also called as 'The Muscle of the Soul' Why ??? This and much more will be revealed in this 3hr w/s.

- Release the iliopsoas muscle group with a 3 step approach
- improve posture
- deepen core awareness
- expand the breath
- understand where the back, hip, knee pain can be coming from
- relearn to walk the right way to engage your psoas
- understand the psycho/emotional connection
