Full Description

According to the yogic texts, wider horizons exist all around and within us. 
Can we become inquisitive and sensitive enough to perceive these deeper forces? 
How do we find the courage and strength to surrender and participate with their guidance? 
Yoga is a living art, designed to increase our sensitivity to the inner feeling of our body. The feeling tone of the body then talks to you. It instructs you about what to do and what subtle adjustments to make. In this way you deepen sensitivity and self trust and yoga becomes increasingly internal. The asanas (holding the body still in various poses) and vinyasas (fluid breath linking movements) besides being good for you for so many reasons, are simply a specific context in which to practice being guided from within.
