Full Description

Utilizing mindfulness-based practices, two of three core facets (breath and body) will be engaged. Learning to let go of the thinking mind, we will reconnect to the feeling-based capacities that we are born with when entering this majestic and beautiful world.

Tapping into our stream of consciousness that is rooted in the present moment, we will invite a redefining of intelligence - from thinking to feeling - by working with our own inner wild landscape and the outer wild landscape inhabited by wild mustangs.

Complimenting the work done internally, we will trek out to meet our Equine partners allowing these other than human
sentient beings to reveal what rests below the surface. With full access to the sanctuary, we will be working
with the herds and the surrounding natural environment to dive deeply into self as our inner world is mirrored back to us.
