Join me for a transformational week of yoga and an education in eating well that will restore your lust for life and reinvigorate body, mind and spirit.
Imagine waking every morning to a glorious mountain view, taking a walk among the olive groves and giving yourself the time to notice the morning dew.
During our week together we will explore the qualities of being Wild and Whole and what it means to authentically and unapologetically be you.
Daily yoga will help you to find freedom in movement and re-connect with a sense of fun and wonder, so you can move beyond what binds you. Morning classes will be more active and energising with emphasis on awareness and alignment to help you deepen you practice to discover your body in new and enlightening way. Afternoon sessions will be more explorative with themed workshops and/or yin and restorative yoga.
Throughout the week, together we will learn about how to truly nourish your body and satisfy your soul with sublime whole and healthy meals that will excite your palate and enliven your life. You will have the chance to learn how to prepare some of my favourite dishes by joining me in the kitchen, so you can take some healthy habits and new insights home. There will also the opportunity to learn the key principles of Ayurveda – India’s holistic healing system – through a series of short afternoon workshops, for increased energy and wellbeing.
Free time can be spent exploring the surrounding forest, relaxing in the sun on one of the many terraces or taking a dip in the natural pools.
6 Morning classes including meditation & pranayama & vinyasa yoga
3 afternoon/evening restorative yoga classes
1 introductory workshop on the basics principles of ayurveda & holistic eating
4 cooking workshops (lunch times or evening meals)
3 Ayurveda inspired meals will be served daily.
