Wild Yoga Retreat
3 night retreat focussing on Ashtanga yoga in a stunning house with stunningly peaceful surroundings in North Cornwall. Opportunity to try wild food foraging and ecoasteering, delicious healthy paleo food, meditation, relaxation and therapies including holistic massage.

Yoga - A unique opportunity to practice Ashtanga Yoga with Denise Christian. Two sessions each day of 2 hours morning practice and an hour in the early evening. Suitable for all standards.
Early morning meditation led by Jane Parker, this is optional but is highly recommended as the perfect way to start the day.
Wild Food Foraging - Discover and gather amazing free wild food from our shoreline with local Foraging expert Rachel Lambert. Enjoy a feast of your harvest cooked into a healthy and delicious meal by Jane Parker.
Ecoasteering - A more extreme version of one of your favourite beach activities, rock pooling. Of course there will be the challenge of jumps, climbs and caves along the way to finding some of the weird and wonderful marine life located on our shores. (Led by Cornish Rock Tors)
Paleo - Amazing, delicious, nutritious, natural food (full board) based on the paleo grain and dairy free principles. Wine is, of course, allowed so please feel free to bring your own to enjoy. Meals are held around our huge refectory table in the main hall or if the weather is warm more al fresco on the terrace.
