In the run-up to Christmas & New Year many of us begin to feel burnt-out and stressed. In many ways the fast pace of the holidays goes against our natural instincts to slow down and hibernate. Sound familiar? Then join Molly Martin for this very special workshop where you can take a mindful pause and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself before being caught up in the festive madness.
The workshop will commence with some gentle yoga sequences to unpick tension held in the physical body. This will be followed by longer-held restorative yoga poses during which the body is fully supported to naturally allow rest, repair and deep release to take place.
These longer poses will be accompanied by guided meditations designed to help us turn our attention and energy inward for restoration and energy conservation. In short, we will mimic the deep, nurturing state of hibernation, quietening the body and mind so that we feel rested and revived as we head into the holidays!
