This retreat is REQUIRED by our YTT 500 hour participants but is open to everyone interested in attending.

6-9 - Sandy - Yoga Nidra and Restorative yoga

December 28th
8-12 Mike - Flow and Grow with Mike Munro yoga and meditation
1-5pm - Mike - Yoga Massage partners and singles welcome - Part 1 - Introducing the basics
6-9pm Mike - Yoga Massage partners and singles welcome - Part 2 - Putting the sequence together

December 29th
8-12 - Maxine - Yin and Yang. Flow yoga with yin practice and relaxation
1-5pm - Jolene - Power hour - Jo's flow; Philosophy with Jolene
6-9pm - Helen - Hip hop Yoga

December 30th
8-12 - Maxine - Align your spine - Asana Doctor
1-5pm - Helen - Yin yoga for the spine; Yin yoga for the hips and legs
6-9pm - Yoga - with Cléo

December 31th
8-12:00 - Mike - Setting intentions - The yoga of intention. Harnessing the power of the body and the mind with yoga
12:00-12:30 wrap up for YTT 500 hour level students
