Take time out of the busyness of life. Learn to generate wellness through Traditional Hatha Yoga practices and find stillness with classical yoga techniques of Self-awareness and Self-reflection. Be comfortable spending time with yourself.
Type of Event
We will spend time away from the busyness of day to day life to find inner stillness and learn how to generate wellness and cultivate our inner digestive fire. Traditional Hatha Yoga techniques of Self-awareness and Self-reflection with traditional asana and pranayma practices will be explored. In a peaceful and relaxed environment.
Prices covers all yoga sessions over the weekend, healthy vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and two nights shared accommodation.

We will spend time away from the busyness of day to day life to find inner stillness and learn how to generate wellness and cultivate our inner digestive fire. The first evening we will take time to enjoy some relaxing and restful traditional hatha yoga practices and enjoy a vegetarian dinner. Saturday we will start the day with breakfast take some time to consider our intentions for the weekend. This will be followed with traditional yoga practices to generate digestive fire (Agni) a source of wellbeing and improved Self-awareness, deemed a crucial element of yoga practice. You will then have time to enjoy lunch and the beautiful setting of Lokananda. An afternoon yoga practice will explore the five main winds of the body (vayus) and practices to balance and tonify them, which bring balance and harmony on multiple levels of our being, this will be followed by dinner and a relaxing evening of conversation. Sunday, after breakfast, we will take time in the morning to experience stillness using several yoga practices including breath awareness and Self-awareness. This will be followed with some personal Self-reflection gently guided to provide you space to be and enjoy being with yourself. After lunch we will close with a gentle relaxation.
