Winter Yin Yoga Meditation Workshop
A weekend workshop with focus on Winter and the Water Element: yin postures, breath work, iRest and meditation promotoing rejuvination and longevity, restoring healing balance to body and mind.

Restoring and conserving your energy the body, healing the effects of deep stress and fatigue and improving sleep.
Calming practices for winter with yin postures, breathwork, iRest yoga nidra and meditation.
Attend to your body, relieve the effects of stress, fear, insomnia and adrenal exhaustion from body and mind.
