Wisdom of Yoga: Opening from Inside Out, Heart, Mind & Body
This monthly workshop welcomes students to explore themselves and the wisdom that yoga offers. Through a steady, warming, and strength building practice students will discover the poses they already have waiting within, and learn from each other in this supportive yoga community. Each monthly workshop focuses on a different theme. This month students will work to open from the inside out, allowing space for the heart, mind, and body to reconnect.
Type of Event
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in for the workshop. Wear stretchy clothing and have an empty stomach. Wisdom of Yoga workshops are the first Sunday of every month from 9:00-12:00.
Term students receive a discount of $5 and you may purchase a package of three Wisdom of Yoga Workshops for $75.
Come find a warm supported environment for opening from within. Discover where the heart mind & body align in stillness & in movement. With practice of Asana & meditation throughout this workshop we will warm our hearts and slow down to listen to their wisdom, engage our mind while letting daily thinking fall away, and align our bodies to respond to the inner wisdom discovered.
