Nourishing, gentle feminine yoga that acknowledges our inner rhythms and cycles, connecting us to our source power. For women in all stages of life, including pregnancy.
Includes asana (physical postures), breath work (pranayama), mudra (hand gestures), mantra (chanting) and yoga nidra (a relaxing guided meditation done lying down using Tibetan singing bowls to promote deep rest). This practice is great for general women's vitality at any time of life, but also for fertility, pregnancy, the post-natal time, any symptoms of menstruation or peri-menopause.
Michelle is an experienced yoga teacher and a former clinical nurse specialist in women's health.
