Women's day retreat using yoga, meditation, breathing techniques + guided inner journey to connect, relax, rejuvenate and restore.
During this day retreat for women yoga poses will be instructed and modifications and alignment adjustments will be given. Breathing techniques will be explained and practiced. Meditation will be introduced and explained. Inner journey will be guided to access inner wisdom. A light meal is provided in mid day, tea and refreshments provided. Bring your own yoga mat. Props are at the studio.
