The first part of this workshop will focus on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga. The practice of this series is physically and mentally challenging and is suitable for people who have some Yoga experience and like dynamic yoga. This practice prepares body and mind perfectly for meditation.
In the second part of the workshop we will practice Pranayama (breathing exercises) and some forms of meditation including Vedic chanting. These limbs of Ashtanga Yoga work more on the mental than on the physical level and this part is suitable for everybody.
