You will practice (about 75 Min):
The workshop includes a yoga class, focussing on asanas, which enable you to establish a practice, that promotes bone strengthening and balance.
You can ask and get answers (about 30 Min).
You will learn, what it takes to deal with or prevent osteoporosis and how Yoga can help you to continue doing the things, that are most important to you - whether it’s being able to continue living in your own home, playing with your grand children on the floor (and getting up again), or tacking a bucket list vacation.
Refreshments are offered during the breaks (2 times about 10 Min)
Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket and yoga mat.
