Workshop with Roger Cole 17-18 May
Welcome to yoga with Roger Cole. We are happy to offer you a week-end full of yoga, with plenty of classes in pranayama, asanas and theory. 20 hours packed in a week-end to make the best of the visit.
The workshop is open to all students from any style of yoga, but you should have around 2 years of experience, with some home practice.

230€ which includes teaching, printed handouts, breakfast and lunch. Add 20€ if you need to rent the yoga set. We don't offer registration for separate blocks or days, only for the whole week-end.
Roger Cole, is an internationally recognized, certified Iyengar yoga teacher trained at the Iyengar Yoga Institutes in San Francisco and Pune, India. He is also an rogerpetitaccomplished scientist educated at Stanford University and the University of California, with specialities in the science of relaxation, sleep, and circadian rhythms.
Roger has practiced yoga since 1975 and taught since 1980. He has been featured in five of Yoga Journal’s asana calendars, co-organized two Iyengar yoga conventions, and authored dozens of articles on yoga teaching, practice, biology and therapeutics, including Yoga Journal's Anatomy Column, Master Class Column and Ask Our Expert Column, Yoga International's Asana Solutions Column, and special feature articles on the prevention of yoga injuries, the physiology of stress, relief from back pain, and the science of keeping your balance. He has trained thousands of yoga teachers and taught yoga as a healing art to physicians, physical therapists, medical students and patients.
Roger’s classes can be vigorous or profoundly restful, but they always teach safe and exceptionally effective posture and breathing techniques in a low-pressure atmosphere. They provide a wealth of practical information and a produce a richly rewarding experience. He offers weekly classes in Del Mar, California, and conducts workshops throughout the and abroad. His specialties include yoga teacher training, yoga anatomy, yoga physiology, restorative yoga, and promotion of better sleep.

Book early to avoid disappointment, as the workshop has been planned for a small group in a yoga center, with limited places. Please book using this form, which will be confirmed once the payment is received. Registration will open on 10 March.
We strongly recommend you to arrive on Friday. If for any reason you can't, you may catch the first train from Barcelona and arrive in time for the breakfast.
Each block will start with a 30 minutes of theory related to the forthcoming practice.
As we want to spare you the inconvenience of looking for food outside, we will serve some food in the room. For breakfast a yogi tea (tchai) should be enough. Lunch will consist of organic yoghurt, dry fruits, a light hot soup and some toasts. We'll keep it light but enough.
We will provide you with about 20 pages with theory and practice related to the workshop.

Please bring: 1 yoga mat, 4 blankets, 2 blocs and 1 belt. Make sure you have it marked with your name, as it is bound to be mixed with other's. You may rent the yoga set from us at the price of 20€-book it during the registration.
The workshop will be held at Espai de ioga, a beautifull yoga center in the Old Town in Girona. At the forth floor, we'll enjoy great views on the city. This will be a small workshop compared to those of big cities, and places are limited by the yoga room.
