Write It Out!
An inspiring afternoon workshop combining the invigorating physicality of yoga with an awakening of the writers' imagination.

Jo Turner will lead the yoga practise. She has been teaching with us here at LooseYoga since May 2015 and is 200 RYS Qualified. She most recently trained with Anna Ashby, Restorative Yoga.
Julie Corbin writes novels and short stories. Her fifth novel, What Goes Around, will be published by Hodder and Stoughton in May this year. Julie will encourage participants to write freely and without judgement. A story, a poem, thoughts, feelings… a jumble of ideas. Experience the joy in discovering your own voice on the page.
SuperNibbles and healthy drinks will be available between the yoga and writing elements of the workshop, but please feel free to bring your own.
The schedule for the workshop is as follows;
1.30pm – Invigorating Yoga to energise the brain cells
2.15pm – Break for SuperNibbles
2.30pm – Writing exercises to make you think, imagine, smile… and write
3.45pm – Break for SuperNibbles
4.00pm – Restorative Gentle Yoga provides an opportunity for relaxation and for ideas to take root and flourish
5.00pm – Finish
