Workshop taught by artist and yoga teacher Helena Turner

“I had admired Helena’s work for some time especially her beautiful Yantra’s and Mandala’s. They were obviously inspired by her yoga practice and her experience in sacred painting. Everything was broken down into easy steps and what is really quite complex geometry was made simple and accessible. The quiet concentration and shared support through the day was a fabulous experience. We all came away with our own beautiful work of art and for me an aspiration to carry on! Helena gave us a really clear instruction booklet so we could reproduce the Yantra again at home. I have since been creating my own Mandala’s with ongoing encouragement from Helena which is amazing. I wouldn’t have known where to start on my own. I really recommend doing one of Helena’s workshops, she is an inspiring teacher.”
