Full Description

What is Yantra Yoga?
Yantra Yoga is one of the oldest recorded systems of yoga in the world that has come to us by way of Tibet. It has been transmitted uninterruptedly, from master to student, since at least the 8th century in a lineage that continues to this day.

The system of Yantra Yoga consists of a unique series of positions and movements that are applied in combination with conscious breathing. Its aim is to coordinate and harmonize the individual's energy, so that the mind can find its authentic state of natural relaxation. It is a superb method for attaining optimal health, relaxation, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement.

Come and discover the art and practice of Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan Yoga of Movement and Breathing. To achieve relaxation, presence and balance in your life.
