Join and enjoy leading yoga trainers Anat Geiger en Marcel van der Vis Heil on their renowned trainings in Amsterdam and Portugal. Anat and Marcel are both highly experienced and have formed many of the current teachers in Europe. All programs are based on the teachings of Paul Grilley, who they regularly assist, and are recognised by Yoga Alliance, This is a unique opportunity to study with these dedicated and unconventional teachers.

For years both Anat and Marcel have been returning yearly to study with their teachers, which guarantees that the programs are always fresh and renewed with recent scientific research and information.

You will study Yin yoga theory, a functional approach to yoga, practical anatomy, as well as learning valuable teaching skills.

Level 2 50 hours is planned in 2018 in Cadzand and offers a deepening of these studies and adds chakra theory and meditation to the curriculum.

The curriculum for this program includes:
- skeletal variations and their importance when teaching yoga
- functional approach vs aesthetic approach
- 14 skeletal segments, 10 myofacial groups and concept of target areas
- The Yin yoga poses: their modifications and alternatives
- Assisted yin routine
- Yin and Yang practise

This training takes place within 4 weekends.

By completing this program and all the assignments you will receive a 50-hour Yoga Alliance certificate.
