What is the course about?
Learn to discover peace within. Find natural relief from today’s stresses and anxieties by integrating mind and body through the practice of yoga and mindfulness practices.
Unlike the more common forms of yoga, Yin Yoga poses are held passively and longer with support. They aim to release tensions locked within the deep layers of our ligaments, joints fascia and bones – typically untouched by most forms of exercise. Within this practice we will also learn and practice practical mindfulness techniques to help find stillness of mind in order to move towards well-being and happiness.

COST: $70 for 4 weeks
Where: Private address in Greenwood (address given via email)

About your teacher:
Renae is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher who specialises in Yin Yoga. Renae has practiced yoga since 2002 and has used Yin Yoga to help her to overcome anxiety, depression and insomnia, help prevent relapse and manage her every day stresses. It has helped her to learn about how her mind works and discover her true self. Renae has a regular mindfulness and yoga practice which she continues to develop.
