Yin + Roll: Upper Body Unwind
Join us for this weekend workshop designed to help unwind tension in your upper body and calm the nervous system.

We've all felt the tension of "text neck." You might feel the tightness in the shoulders from rounding so much in your "desk job." Or, maybe you have chronic pain in the upper body, even the jaw, and are ready for some relief. Let's get curious about our bodies and help them heal.
We will use a combination of breath work, yin yoga (deep, passive stretching) and rolling (self massage with therapy balls) and learn how to release tension in the physical body.
This workshop will specifically address:
Neck & shoulders
Bonus (as time permits): Jaw and Head
All attendees will also leave with a set of their very own massage therapy balls to use at home!
