Yin with Journaling
Using this as an opportunity to check in with the body and your 2020 intentions, we will move through a yin practice while also taking moments to record our observations.

90 minutes of yin yoga with journal prompts
Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues and presents stretches to deeper spaces in the body, the ligaments, tendons, tissues, and bones. The asanas can be held longer, usually at least a minute and sometimes up to 30 minutes! In this workshop, you can expect a gentle practice integrated with lovely yin poses and attention to the flowing prana, or energy, in the body. Sarie has studied this particular school of yoga at the Asheville Yoga Center and looks forward to sharing the practice with you. You will discover relaxation on a whole new level!
