Discover the powerful and energising practice of Yin and Yang yoga in this 2.5 hour workshop.

We start with one hour of Yang yoga to warm up and loosen the body. Yang yoga is a strong, dynamic practice that targets the muscle groups; stimulating inner heat and energy within the physiological system. The breath adds to the heat and the meditation of the practice, helping to take the focus inside.

This is followed by 90 minutes of Yin yoga where we bring our attention to hip opening, pranayama and short meditations. Soft poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes assisting a deep inward mental focus. Yin yoga works on the fascia and connective tissues of the body, ligaments and joints, enhancing the flow of the meridian channels with rested muscles.

Whatever your experience, this is your chance to experience a really special workshop which will tune you into your inner spirit.
