COme and join me for an awesome retreat in beautiful Fiji.
This week Yin Yang retreat will marry Yin and Yang style of Yoga.
Every morning we will practice a different style of Yoga (Yang) :
and Ashtanga Yoga
– all increasing in intensity from day one to day 5. Students will be exposed to a wide variety of yoga styles and, with the Erika’s guidance and help, will be able to explore what suits them and which style they prefer.
They will gain an understanding of how the body work anatomically, noticing which part of their body needs more attention than other. Whether they are looking to yoga for a healing practice or seeking to look after their body in a more balanced way, they will absorb the knowledge and awareness to develop a yoga practice appropriate to their needs.
Afternoon will be our Yin practice, perfect time to slow down and finish the day in a calming and restorative way.
Meditation and Pranayama will be part of each practice to help you deepen the connection to the self and develop a practice to a higher level.
Having practiced both Yin and yang style of yoga each day, students should feel a sense of balance and deep harmony by the end of the retreat, and will feel restored and energised to go back to their normal daily life.
