Type of Event
In this 2 hours Yin Yoga session we dive deep into a meditative relaxation. Yin poses are held on the floor for about 4 minutes. This stretches the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia and ligaments. Your blood circulation and flexibility will improve, your awareness, inner silence and patience will grow. Yin Yoga is also a perfect balance if you practice more Yang style Yoga or if you have pain and tensions in muscles and facia.
