This course is for all mind-body practitioners and anyone interested in deepening their Yin Yoga practice.

Szymon Jarosławski, PhD, E-RYT
Szymon has a PhD in Life Sciences and work experience in the healthcare sector, but his passion for work with people and for Global Health led him to India, where he worked as a researcher and volunteer for four years, from 2010. During that time he also deepened his knowledge and practice of yoga, dance therapy and Thai massage.
He studied with several teachers from various traditions for over 1,500 hours and he obtained diplomas of yoga teacher, yoga therapist and Thai massage therapist. Szymon has led over 2,500 hours of private and group classes for people with various needs, including the blind and people with mental disability, as well as yoga therapy and prenatal yoga sessions. His students ranged from yoga lovers and people with health problems to senior managers of multinational corporations looking to cope with stress more effectively. Prior to his stay in India, he practised various meditation methods for 14 years.
