Yin Yoga Evening Workshop
Come & join us for an evening Yin yoga workshop.
Yin yoga is a slow paced style of yoga utilising mainly floor based poses, so is suitable for all, even those with little or no yoga experience.
We will have a short break for refreshments ( provided), followed by some Yoga Nidra deep relaxation.

We will practice by candlelight, while listening to music & poetry. Yin Yoga is a slow paced style of yoga with mainly floor based poses that are held for typically 3 - 5 minutes, although you are free to come out as necessary. It is a quiet and simple practice but not necessarily an easy practice.
