As Sarah Powers says 'The health of our organs is vital to our overall wellbeing'. Through understanding the organs' importance on a physical and energetic level we can develop a yoga practice to protect and nourish them. We'll discuss the yin and yang organ pairings and poses which most affect them followed by a sequence for each of the pairings before ending with a guided relaxation.
