A Therapeutics 2-hour Yin Yoga workshop for the Spine.
Ease your movement and emotional health by exploring a slow-paced yin yoga practice all from the floor. We will touch on the 3 principles of yin yoga and challenge the myth of yoga that everyone can do a pose if they just train long enough, hard enough…and with the right teacher. What is important is not what a pose looks like, but what it feels like. There are 8 possible directions (movements) for the spine and for many poses there are many variations. We will explore these directions.
