Immerse yourself in the practice and theory of Yin Yoga, Meridian Lines, Chakras and Mindfulness while we analyse, observe and practice the postures in depth.
While surrendering into the stationary Yin shapes we sharply focus on the ever changing sensations as the postures stimulates the chi flow through these energy highways of the body. The perfect opportunity to Mindfully chill-out while you reset and re-balance every level of your being. You will feel an openness in your joints, rejuvenated and fresh – from the top of your head to your toes.
Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. The long held, passive nature of the Yin postures give time for releasing tightness within the joints, but also for a deeper journey to unfold into the meditative aspects of yoga – a bridge to living life mindfully.
