3 hours of Yin Yoga and Mindfulness to fire-up your heart. An opportunity to deepen both your personal and/or teaching practice, and to enhance all levels of your health and wellbeing - helping you to come home to your body, into your heart.
Yin Yoga works the deeper levels of the body: the connective tissues of the ligaments, fascia, joints and bones and the energetic channels of the meridians, nerves and blood system. The long held, passive nature of the Yin postures give time for releasing tightness within the joints, but also for a deeper journey to unfold into the meditative aspects of yoga – a bridge to living life mindfully.
Come and join Regina Kerschbaumer for three hours of Yin Yoga while she shares her warm teaching style and Yin Yoga expertise. Regina trained directly under Paul Grilley (the God-father of Yin Yoga) in 2006. Since then she regularly attends annual training courses with Paul & Suzee Grilley and Sarah Powers to keep her Yin Yoga teaching inspired and up-to-date.
