The element of Earth relates to late summer – a time to cleanse and support our Stomach and Spleen Meridians.
The Earth is the balance of the yin and yang, the feminine and the masculine principles and strives to bring harmony, grounding and stability.
An opportunity to explore and balance the Earth Meridians during a Mindful Yin Practice while you reflect with gratitude on the past season. 3 hours to mindfully ‘chill-out’ while you reset and re-balance every level of your being. You will feel grounded, centred and able to digest the world from a better place, not only physically and also emotionally.
