50 + HOUR YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
5 REASONS WHY TAKING THIS TRAINING WILL CATAPULT YOUR TEACHING CAREER (AND MAKE YOU GROW AS A HUMAN BEING TOO)

We know that you want to learn from experts. While it might be nice to take a course with a person who is a “jack of all trades”, it’s not the best way to cultivate your skills. So we brought together a team of people with diverse education to give you the best chance to learn, grow and be successful. Our anatomy curriculum is taught by Tracey – she is an experienced yoga teacher, but she also has post-secondary education in biology, molecular biology, neuropsychology, nursing and critical care medicine, not to mention thai and Swedish massage. Our Chinese Medicine Curriculum is taught by Tony – he is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, and a registered yoga teacher. Collectively they have decades of experience in clinical assessment. Ali and Tracey team up for the rest of the curriculum harnessing Ali’s wealth of experience and post-secondary education in both Philosophy and Teaching.
Did you know that adult learners only absorb about 9% of information delivered to them? We give you two manuals and six weeks of mentoring with the most experienced teachers to ensure that you embody the practice by the time you graduate.
You know that your own growth changes the world around you, so we focus on you. This course explores chakra theory from the perspective of you. We will work on your patterns, perspectives and personal challenges, so that you emerge stronger, more stable and confident.
Experience is everything. We have run this course for over 10 years. It was the first yin yoga teacher training in Toronto and we make it our goal to deliver the highest quality curriculum, producing the most capable teachers. We do this with small class sizes, mentoring and a large support staff.
You want to teach classes that change people’s lives. This is our jam, we’re already doing it – let us show you how.

TESTIMONIALS:
“One of the highlights of this program for me was the focus on self-exploration as the foundation for the practice and for the teaching method. Gaining a clearer view of my own experiences has allowed me to offer that same opportunity to students in my yin classes. This method encourages you to teach from your lived experience and to create a space for the students to explore theirs.” Ali

“I took Tracey’s Yin Yoga Teacher Training 9 years ago when it was first launched, and the experience and learning continues to influence my teaching – theoretically, practically and perhaps most importantly – it has profoundly impacted my philosophical worldview of my role and responsibility as a teacher. Tracey’s compassionate and attuned teaching style has supported my personal growth and the development of my intuitive and creative capacities. I am forever grateful for her vision and the way she models integrity and authenticity without sacrificing emotional truth and loving kindness for all those she works with.” Joshua Caleb Lewis

“I have had the opportunity to practice with Tracey for 11 years, and completed my Yin Yoga Teacher Training with her in 2009. She is an innovative, highly skilled teacher with so much heart, and continues to refine her offerings with current research. Tracey has been a mentor to me, and her guidance has shaped how I see the world and how I teach. In my opinion, this is the most comprehensive Yin Yoga teaching training in Canada, with insight into the Chakras, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anatomy, and how to teach responsibly and authentically.” Lana Sugarman,

“Since taking the training in 2010, I have referred to the manual as a perpetual source of insight and wisdom. The practical and experienctial parts of the course gave me the tools and skills I needed to teach the full perspective of yin yoga in all its realms – physical, energetic, psycho emotional, meditative and reflective”. Suz Lill

“Tracey’s yin training was of exceptional quality both in content and delivery. Covering a wide range of topics beyond asana – anatomy, physiology, energetic body and taught by experts in their respective field. The curriculum is informative, comprehensive and applicable well outside the boundaries of yin yoga.” Christine Felstead
